AIDS Walk 2010
5K Walk
Because of the
possibility of inclement weather, we are changing the date to Saturday,
March 27, 2010. If you have sponsorship money already in your possession
you can bring it to the church tomorrow and it will be counted towards
your pledges raised for AIDS Walk, March 2010. This gives walkers and
teams four more months to raise
sponsor pledges!

Event
day schedule
~ 9 am - Breakfast & Registration
~ 9:40 - Opening Remarks
~ 9:45 - Walk begins
~ 10:30 - Closing Remarks and Awards
Registration
Individuals - $20 registration fee, waived for those with sponsor
pledges.
Teams - $150 registration fee.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams and individual walkers.
Pledges must e presented on walk day to be eligible.
Where
does the money go?
For every dollar we raise, 78 cents provides care services for:
~ case management
~ housing and transportation assistance
~ medical co-pay and prescription cost assistance
~ emergency food pantry
~ emergency financial assistance
~ education and prevention programs
